• The guitarist resurrects Pink Floyd in Pompeii 45 years after 'Live at Pompeii'

• The film shows for the first time the two Gilmour concerts held in July

      2016 from the Roman amphitheater

On September 13, nearly 2,000 cinemas will participate in the world premiere of 'David
Gilmour Live at Pompeii'; a documentary film that collects the only two concerts of the former guitarist
of Pink Floyd in Pompeii, in July 2016, during their Ratlle That Lock tour.

The special character of this documentary is indisputable since, at the time of the concerts,
It was the 45th anniversary of the film 'Live at Pompeii' by Adrian Maben: a film that showed the
Recording of Gilmour's closed-door concert with his former band, Pink Floyd, at the same
amphitheatre, and which is still considered an object of worship today. On this occasion, Gilmour's new film
from Pompeii shows us the artist at the peak of his creativity, in a unique location and in a
very special moment.

Unlike that concert in 1971, Gilmour's spectacular performances on the 7th and 8th of
July 2016 in Pompeii they were with the public, making David Gilmour the first artist
of history in performing for an audience in the amphitheater itself since the time of the gladiators.

In Gilmour's words, Pompeii''It's a magical place and going back there and seeing the stage and the arena was
pretty overwhelming. It's a ghost place.''

The film David Gilmour Live at Pompei will be distributed in theaters in Spain by Versión Digital e
will include highlights from both concerts; songs from Gilmour's solo career
included on the albums Rattle that Lock and On an Island, plus Pink Floyd classics like Wish
you were here, Comfortably Numb and One of These Days, the latter being the only song that
it was also played by the band in the 1971 film.

The premiere will also show special moments that were experienced at Gilmour's concerts in
Pompeii as, for example, his great interpretation of The Great Gig in the Sky, Pink's great success
Floyd included in the eighth album of the British band (The Dark Side Of The Moon) that has rarely
performed solo by David Gilmour.

David Gilmour Live at Pompeii shows the spectacular audiovisual experience that was lived in both
concerts in July 2016, which included the deployment of a gigantic circular cyclorama
used as a screen, as well as laser effects, fireworks and stellar performances
that reminded the mythical rock band.
