El próximo álbum en vivo y película de David Gilmour titulado THE LUCK AND STRANGE CONCERTS y LIVE AT THE CIRCUS MAXIMUS, ROME, capturan hermosamente la gira Luck and Strange de 2024.
La gira acompañó el quinto álbum en solitario de Gilmour, LUCK AND STRANGE, que alcanzó el número 1 en el Reino Unido, Alemania (su primer número 1 allí), Polonia, Países Bajos, República Checa, Suiza, Portugal y Austria.
Alcanzó el número 2 en Francia, Italia y Bélgica, el top 5 en España, Japón, Noruega, Dinamarca y Hungría, y el top 10 en los EE. UU., Australia, Finlandia, Suecia, Irlanda y Nueva Zelanda.
Los espectáculos comenzaron con dos funciones de calentamiento con entradas agotadas en el Brighton Centre antes de trasladarse al Circus Maximus en Roma para seis noches con entradas agotadas, seguido de lo mismo en el Royal Albert Hall de Londres antes de mudarse a Estados Unidos para noches con entradas agotadas en el Intuit Dome y el Hollywood Bowl en Los Ángeles, antes de concluir con cinco noches con entradas agotadas en el Madison Square Garden de Nueva York.
